Another new Korean restaurant has opened in Kyoto, one of the many new restaurants specializing in Korean cuisine that continue to open in the city. While many Korean restaurants are popular, this one has an impressive interior with a chic black base. The signature menu item is samgyeopsal, which is made from rare aged pork. Using unique methods such as wet aging, in which the pork is vacuum-packed and aged for 10 to 14 days at a constant low temperature to bring out the best flavor. Generally, samgyeopsal is made from pork belly, but you can also enjoy various parts of the meat, such as loin and thigh. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of a la carte dishes and alcoholic beverages, and can be used as a bar from 9:00 p.m.
