Since coming to Japan, Mr. Takara has worked as a chef at a number of Chinese restaurants, including hotels. He opened this casual restaurant specializing in gyoza (Chinese dumplings) in order to "have a place where I can talk with customers in a relaxed atmosphere. In the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant, he serves his hometown specialty of Northeastern China, sui-gyoza (dumplings) and yaki-gyoza (grilled dumplings). For lunch, two kinds of yaki-gyoza with chives and cabbage are available as a set meal for 800 yen. The pork is chopped into chunks, and the aroma of hana-sansho (Japanese pepper) is elegant, making this an excellent dish that can be eaten as many times as you like.
