Opened in February 2020, TAMANOHIKARI Higashiyama Nozomu stands by for all types of sake from the Fushimi sake brewery Tamanohikari Shuzo. The restaurant offers more than 20 types of sake at any given time, including original and seasonal sake that can only be found here. Tamanomitsu Sake Brewery, which focuses on junmai ginjo and junmai daiginjo, "complements food and is perfect for a mid-meal drink.
The restaurant offers mainly Japanese cuisine in course menus. The menu features Kyoto ingredients such as Kyoto Hirai beef, Kyoto duck, and vegetables from contract farms in Fushimi, all of which go well with alcoholic beverages.
