After gaining extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, including working as a pastry chef in the sweets industry, the owner, Mai Inoue, opened a restaurant specializing in curry at this location by chance. The restaurant has a somewhat retro atmosphere and serves mainly two types of spiced curry. One is a sweet vegetable curry that uses no animal ingredients, and the other is a medium-spicy chicken curry made with more than 10 different spices, including cumin and cardamom.
