Tetsuno-ita, a teppan-yaki specialty restaurant located in the Kawaramachi Rokkaku area, has left the city center and opened a new restaurant specializing in gyoza (Chinese dumplings). Based on the teppan gyoza that was popular at the previous restaurant, Tetsuno-ita has increased the size of its gyoza and rearranged the filling to create a taste that is loved by all generations, from children to the elderly. The bean paste is made of sweet fatty Kyoto mochi pork and vegetables such as cabbage and chives in just the right balance, with a hint of ginger rather than garlic. Gyoza take-out is also popular, with a choice of fresh, frozen, or grilled gyoza. Gyoza for 315 yen per person (310 yen for takeout)
