A tantanmen restaurant has opened in the alleyway in front of Demachiyanagi Station. The store, which was renovated from a former warehouse, has a semi-open-air stall style, and together with its location, it has a full of hideout atmosphere. The 840 yen tantanmen, for which the restaurant has been preparing a recipe, has a deliciously mild and creamy broth, and many people finish it or add rice to make tantan-meshi. The restaurant can also be used as an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with a wide variety of a la carte dishes, and the half tantan-men for 550 yen is a perfect ending to the meal. Of course, it is also a great place for an everyday lunch.
