Kyotango, located in the northernmost part of Kyoto Prefecture, is blessed with a variety of delicacies from the mountains and the sea. The Tango Kingdom "Shoku no Miyako" roadside station in Kyotango boasts one of the largest sites in western Japan, and is dotted with restaurants, hotels, lawn areas, forest walking trails, and many other spots where visitors can experience the charms of Kyotango, including its gourmet food and rich nature.
Currently, eight beers, mainly lager and ale types, are sold as TANGO KINGDOM Beer®︎. Each beer has its own unique flavor, and can be enjoyed with a variety of food pairings. For example, "Meister" goes well with Japanese food such as grilled fish, "Weizen" with spicy curry, and "Smoked" with smoked food such as smoked salmon and smoked cheese. Smoked" goes well with a wide range of dishes, such as smoked salmon and smoked cheese.
The label also features a beautiful design of the seven princesses from Tango area folklore: Otohime, Hagoromo Tennyo, Anahobe no Hashinohime no Miko, Hosokawa Garasha, Ono no Komachi, Yasutohime, and Shizugozen.
