Boiled dumplings that make your mouth happy
The signature dish at Raksenro, where a mother from Harbin recreates the taste of her hometown, is sui-gyoza (dumplings). The dumplings are kneaded with a flour and water mixture determined through years of experience, and the skin is carefully stretched by hand one by one to create a chewy, smooth texture. The bean paste is made with two kinds of carefully selected pork, Chinese cabbage, chives, and a special broth to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. The set also includes crispy and juicy yaki-gyoza (grilled dumplings) and celery dumplings with a crunchy texture. The dumplings are well seasoned, so try them without dipping them in anything at first.
