On April 26 (Sat.) and 27 (Sun.), 2025, Gojyuka Corporation, which operates a number of popular izakayas in Kyoto, and FERMENTS, which continues to provide innovative dining experiences by combining artistic elements with fermented and vegan food in Seoul, Korea. The event will be held in collaboration with FERMENTS, which has been providing innovative dining experiences in Seoul, Korea.
In addition to a menu featuring fresh vegetables grown on the Gojyuka Corporation's own farm and a vegan fermented menu, guests will be able to enjoy drinking "Natsuyu," an original Japanese sake created in pursuit of a perfect match with vegetable dishes. A live performance by a DJ from Seoul is also planned, adding to the excitement of this first collaborative event. Enjoy a gastronomic moment with delicious vegetable dishes and sake.
