The "Salon du Chocolat" will come to Kyoto again this year from January 21 (Tuesday) to February 14 (Friday), 2025.
This year's theme is "Moment/Infinity, Infinity, Chocolat and Moment. The theme of this year's exhibition is "Moment/Infinity, Infinity, Chocolates and Chocolate", and a total of 103 brands, including 9 brands making their first appearances, will be presented in 3 phases, focusing on brands from the world's top chocolatiers of the highest level.
There will be a seminar where you can experience the richness of creations by taking advantage of the chocolatiers' talks and tastings. 14 brands will offer original plates for the daily desserts, and there will also be a wide selection of chocolate confections such as sable, terrine and fondant chocolat. In the "Chocolat Café", where you can taste chocolates directly from overseas, which are only available at the "Salon du Chocolat", special drinks from Kobokawa Coffee will be available to accompany the chocolates. Be intoxicated by the skills of the world's best chocolatiers, which you can only experience during this period.
