From November 9 (Sat.) to December 9 (Mon.), 2024, "MONPAKU2024 Fukuchiyama Mont Blanc Expo, City of Sweets" will be held in Fukuchiyama City in northern Kyoto.
A stamp rally to visit popular local stores is planned for this event, where visitors can enjoy sweets made from Tamba chestnuts, a local specialty and nationally renowned product. A one-day pop-up marché will also be held on Saturday, November 9 as a kick-off event. The number of vendors has increased from last year, and the lineup has been expanded. ［Enjoy a full meal of sweets from Fukuchiyama, Kyoto in the forest that can only be tasted here during this season, such as the three types of Mont Blanc from the "Western Confectionery Mountain".
