For three days from Thursday, June 13 to Saturday, June 15, 2024, a light entertainment event will be held against the backdrop of Heian Shrine. The drone show will be put on by Drone Show Japan, the only company in Japan to develop and manufacture the "unika," an aircraft designed specifically for drone shows, and the company boasts the No. 1 track record in this field. During the 10-minute flight, the drones will transform from a horse's hooves to a galloping horse to a pegasus, and then to watermelons, straw hats, fireworks, and other summery effects. The viewing area is located in Okazaki Park and is free of charge.
Takarazuka Kinen, in which the runners will be decided by fan votes, will be held on June 23 (Sun.) at [Kyoto Racecourse].
