From February 11 (Sun) to March 10 (Sun), 2024, an event will be held to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the registration of Japanese cuisine as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage and to allow visitors to experience "Kyoto Ryori," a registered intangible cultural asset. Eleven of Kyoto's leading ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurants) will each offer one-day-only plans that allow visitors to enjoy Japanese food culture through special dishes. Enjoy the "Kyoto-ness" of Kyoto through food, which is a combination of cuisine, decoration, and hospitality.
