• EVENT STAGE/Hulic Hall Kyoto
  The theme of the festival will be the Bakumatsu Restoration, with performances by three groups of performers who carry on traditional culture, including Asakusa-based katsuben (live speech) artists Yatagata Asou and Yatagata Asouko, performances by Unosuke Miyamoto Shoten on a variety of Japanese musical instruments including Japanese drums and Shinobue flute, and Tayu Michu by Tayu Shimahara, who has close ties with the Shinsengumi (the Shinsengumi).
  Admission: 1,500 yen each for Part 1 and Part 2, 2,000 yen for Part 1 and Part 2, 1,500 yen for a special performance ticket.

  Various food and beverage booths will be set up in the open space [Rissei Hiroba] for both children and adults to enjoy. There will also be picture-story shows by performers and Japanese drum and shinobue (bamboo flute) performances.
