Kiyomizu Temple
Kiyomizu-dera Temple is one of Kyoto's representative temples, and in 2020 it became the talk of the town after major renovations were completed, including the re-thatching of the main hall roof and the re-covering of the stage slope.
Special nighttime viewing will be held from Monday, November 18 to Saturday, November 30, 2024. The main hall, known as the stage of Kiyomizu, and the surrounding area, including the mountain maples, will be illuminated to create an even more ethereal scene.
