The Shiowari-zutsumi Cherry Blossom Festival is held in the Shiowari-zutsumi area of Yodogawa River Park, located at the confluence of the Uji and Kizu Rivers. About 220 Someiyoshino cherry trees are planted along a 1.4-kilometer stretch of the nature-rich riverbed, creating a tunnel of cherry blossoms when they are in full bloom. During the festival, a cherry blossom market and Hanami Boat E-boat service will be held.
