Kyoto vegetables have been nurtured in Kyoto's long history and rich climate, and their high quality is maintained by each producer. In addition to their unique flavor, in recent years it has become clear that kyo yasai have functional properties that are higher than those of ordinary vegetables.
The "Brand Kyoto Vegetable Winter Cooking Fair," in which restaurants in Kyoto Prefecture offer special menus of such kyo yasai, is being held until February 19 (Sun.), 2023.

After eating a special menu of kyoyasai at a participating restaurant, 50 people will be selected by lottery to win a set of kyoyasai (worth 3,000 yen) by filling out a questionnaire using the 2D barcode on the POP placed inside the restaurant. This is a great opportunity to enjoy seasonal kyo yasai both at the restaurant and at home, and we hope you will experience the charm of kyo yasai.
