Saturday, March 19, 2022 - Sunday, June 5, 2022
10:00-16:00 (last admission 15:00)
MIHO MUSEUM

The exhibition, which will be held at the MIHO MUSEUM in Shiga Prefecture from March 19, 2022 (Sat.), features selected masterpieces from the museum's collection, offering an insight into the simple yet profound world of kaiseki.
Kaiseki ryori was created for the enjoyment of tea, as opposed to banquet ryori, which was a lavish way for powerful people to demonstrate their power. The most important thing is to choose the right utensils for each dish.
Advance reservations are required, so check the website for details.
