Shugo Tajima, an up-and-coming Japanese-style painter born in Kyoto and currently based in Nara, will hold an exhibition at Shokado Art Museum from April 2, 2022 (Sat). His paintings, which cut out ordinary scenes of daily life while giving a mysterious impression, invite the viewer into a comfortable world. About 30 works, including new works created for the exhibition, will be on display, and an exhibition talk by the artist is scheduled for April 16.
