Theater company "Europe Kikaku" will present its 40th production of "Kujukuryujo" (The Castle of the 99 Dragons) for three months from December 18, 2021 (Saturday) to February 26, 2022 (Saturday) throughout Japan. The Kyoto performance will be held at Kyoto Prefectural Center for Arts and Culture from December 23 (Thu) to December 26 (Sun), 2021 (5 stages).

This will be the first performance in two years, since 2019. In addition to the Europe Kikaku members, Shintaro Kanemaru and Saori will also appear in this performance. In addition, Riko Fujitani, the first new member to join the company in 17 years for Europe Kikaku, will join the company from this performance.

At the press conference, Makoto Ueda, who writes and directs the show, said, "This is our first performance in two years. This performance has something special. The "Kowloon Castle" is a stage where two detectives look into a magical cave in a setting like Hong Kong's Kowloon Castle," he said. The play is an evolution of "Windows 5000," which was staged in 2006," said Nakagawa. Europe Kikaku, which last year took on the challenge of performing in the Corona Disaster Theater, will return to the stage to be enjoyed together with the audience.
