The bakery founded in Austria in 1569 and later awarded the title of royal purveyor by the Habsburg Empire is now in Kyoto. The hand kaiser, which is synonymous with the bakery and requires a high level of skill as the unique pattern is formed one by one by hand, is the result of the skillful hands of the owner-chef, Mr. Nozawa.
