Illumination "Kyoto Station Building Hikari no Fantasy 2022" will gorgeously illuminate Kyoto Station.
Unique illuminations will be turned on at various locations in the Kyoto Station Building, including the grand staircase, the 10F aerial walkway, and the 7F East Plaza. The entire station building will be dyed in Christmas colors at the same time, with three interlocking illuminations.

For the first time in three years, a candlelight vigil and other Christmas events will be held at Kyoto Northern Church Kitayama Church. ［At Kyoto Northern Church Kitayama, visitors can enjoy decorating a Christmas tree and taking photos at a photo spot. ［At Kitayama Le Ange Church, a workshop for making ornaments will be held in the romantic church with flickering candles.

The Sagano Trolley Train lights up the Hozugawa River valley with autumn leaves.
The lights and illuminations that produce high-quality scenery of mystically colored mountains and sparkling rivers can be enjoyed from the train windows more fantastically than ever before.

Illuminations are now being held at Doshisha University's Imadegawa and Kyotanabe campuses.
The tree on the Imadegawa Campus is played by the Himalayan cedar in the plaza [Sanctus Court] on the north side of the west gate, and is a popular winter feature of Kyoto.

A Christmas event is now being held at GOOD NATURE STATION, a commercial complex in Shijo-Kawaramachi.
In addition to the Christmas tree in the courtyard, which is a popular spot on SNS every year, a sustainable tree made from recycled construction waste will be installed in 2022. Visitors can experience an environmentally friendly "GOOD NATURE" Christmas.

An illumination spot based on the concept of synastasia, located in the highland resort of Rurikei Onsen in Nantan City, Kyoto Prefecture. Visitors can enjoy a 100-meter-long corridor of light, where trees glow in lapis lazuli, and lotus flower sculptures floating on the surface of the lake, supervised by the art group "MIRRORBOWLER," all year round. Experience the magical world of the Lurikei Park, a perfect setting for Christmas night.

The "Pageant of Light - TWINKLE JOYO", an illumination brightly decorating the city of Joyo in the southern part of Kyoto Prefecture, is now being held mainly in the recreation zone of Joyo City General Sports Park. The 8-meter-high symbol tree and the colorful pageant of lights beautifully decorate the area and fascinate visitors.
