DESIGN WEEK KYOTO 2023 in Tanba, Kyoto and Yamashiro" will be held at various venues in Kyoto Prefecture from February 16 (Thu) to 19 (Sun), 2023.

This is the only event of its kind in Kyoto Prefecture, designed to open Kyoto's manufacturing sites to the public, create exchange, and lead to a creative future for the region. The venue is each of the various sites of manufacturing activities scattered throughout Kyoto. Businesses involved in manufacturing opened their sites so that people interested in local manufacturing could visit and interact with the makers. Each workshop will offer guided tours of the work site and showroom, as well as workshops where visitors can actually experience making things.
