Touzan Touzan, where you can enjoy kaiseki cuisine while gazing at a beautifully landscaped stone garden, offers colorful and auspicious dishes for the new year. In addition to the standard dishes such as herring roe and black soybeans, guests can enjoy a total of seven dishes including sashimi of sea bream, cooked lotus root and carrots, sekihan (red rice), and green tea soy milk pudding. In addition, special New Year's lunches and dinners are available until January 3 (Tue.). The dinner menu includes tai-meshi rice cooked in a kettle. Enjoy it with a glass of locally brewed sake.

Also on the first floor, [Cafe 33], with its large, open windows, will offer a half buffet New Year's brunch and dinner from December 31 (Sat) to January 2, 2023 (Mon). Salads and appetizers are available from the buffet, and for the main course, you can choose from roast beef or fish. For dessert, enjoy the pastry chef's special chocolate fondant. The main course and dessert will be served to your table, giving you the special atmosphere that only a hotel can offer.

Italian restaurant [Trattoria Sette], with its lively show kitchen and bright natural light, and open, casual atmosphere, will offer a special course from December 30 (Fri.) through January 3 (Tue.), 2023. The special year-end and New Year's specials include a smoked duck salad, two-color cannelloni, sea eel stewed in red wine, and many other dishes using ingredients that are considered good luck in Italy.

At [Pastry Boutique], which offers a variety of original cakes, baked goods, and freshly baked breads, Galette des Rois, a traditional pastry served at New Year's in France, will be available until January 10, 2023 (Tuesday). The set also includes adorable little French decorations and crowns. The playful sweet is a pie sandwiched with almond cream and is recommended as a souvenir for New Year's greetings.

On January 1 (Sun.) and 2 (Mon.), 2023, the pavilion will also host a New Year's celebration with guitar performances, free sake, lion dances, geigi dances, and other events to bring in the New Year.
