8,690circle (tax included)
Two breweries that continue to brew famous sake in Fushimi, a sake region, will collaborate together.
The technique of assemblage was adopted to create a collaboration between two breweries that continue to brew famous sake in Fushimi, a sake production area. The exquisitely blended sake is "Yanagi," which is served in airline business class by Tokubei Masuda Shoten, and "Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 49" from the Tomiou series, the flagship brand of Kitagawa Honke. The premium 10-year-old sake is added to the kakushimi to bring out the best of each sake, while at the same time making it mellow and full-bodied. The special taste, named "Michiru" meaning "to retain an unknown taste," can be savored while comparing it with the unblended version.
