The KARASUMA Grand Tea Ceremony will be held for the sixth time in 2022. ［The event is gaining popularity because visitors can fully enjoy tea through the sweets and drinks sold at the Daimaru Kyoto Store and the hands-on event to be held at Takema Park for the first time this year.

And one of the event's main features will be the "Grand Tea Party Pass," a collaboration with "Leaf," a local magazine that promotes the attractions of Kyoto, from Wednesday, October 26 to Tuesday, November 8.
In this project, visitors who present their "Daimaru-Matsuzakaya App" with the "Daimaru-Matsuzakaya Pass" can receive special menus and special offers at 20 cafes, tea shops, patisseries and other restaurants recommended by "Leaf". This year, the number of stores covered by the pass has been expanded from the Daimaru Kyoto Store and stores in the Karasuma area to the Gosho-minami area.
