Mr. Hirokazu is a qualified coffee appraiser and has won second place in a coffee cup tasting competition in the world. Although he himself has been roasting on a daily basis, until now he did not have a shop and used Mr. Hirokazu's parents' house as a roasting place, and was active in events, mail order, wholesale, etc.

"I've been looking for a place where I can roast and have a cafe for many years, and last year I finally found this place," says Hirokazu. Both the husband and wife fell in love at first sight, and set up this as a "coffee transmission base" and started operation from last summer. Mr. Hirokazu, who is a super coffee specialist, always has more than 10 types of specialty coffee single origins, 10 types of blends, and more than 20 types of beans. The café menu is also abundant, and we recommend the live blended coffee that is improvised according to the needs of each person, such as their mood and image.
