A Chinese noodle specialty store produced by Hakurakuya Tsunai, a popular restaurant in Kitano Hakubaicho. The owner and chef, Hiroyasu Kunihiro, is from Jilin Province, China. He moved to Japan at the age of 23 and worked at street restaurants and Hotel Chuka before opening Hakurakuya Tsunai, and 11 years later, Menmenkaku.
There are four types of noodle dishes: beef dandan noodles, spicy and delicious spicy beef noodles, beef persimmon noodles with exquisite tomato sourness, and tanba black chicken clay pot noodles.
