A spring-only "strawberry x cherry blossom" themed afternoon tea and sweets are now available at GOOD NATURE STATION, a commercial complex in Shijo-Kawaramachi (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture). In addition to enjoying a special tea time with sweet and sour strawberries and the scent of cherry blossoms, guests can also enjoy a limited menu featuring local ingredients such as Miyama miruku sofutto made with strawberries produced in Kyoto Prefecture and homemade strawberry soda, offering a variety of gourmet delicacies unique to this time of year. The "Strawberry and Cherry Afternoon Tea," perfect for afternoon tea time, features a variety of desserts lavishly decorated with strawberries, such as strawberry and cherry mont blanc and rare cheese tart. In addition, there are also dishes that incorporate Japanese elements, such as green tea tiramisu and roasted tea kinako and strawberry mousse, for a total of nine types of sweets. At "GALLERY" on the 4th floor, calligrapher Saori Kunihiro is currently holding a solo exhibition titled "2021 Tanka," in which she is displaying works of tanka poetry that depict various perspectives on contemporary life, such as human relationships in the age of social networking, gender, and environmental issues.
