When the owner was an office worker, he often purchased fast food during his busy lunch hour, but he was concerned about the imbalanced nutritional balance. It was during this time that he came up with the idea of burritos, which are an easy way to fill up on a well-balanced diet of vegetables and protein, which led to the opening of the restaurant. He then went to the United States, the home of burritos, to learn about the taste and atmosphere of the restaurant, and through trial and error, devised a menu that would suit the Japanese palate.

All of the ingredients and sauces used are handmade in the hopes that customers will eat food that is healthy for their bodies.
