ESHIKOTO Garyu Building
On December 11 (Wed.) and 12 (Thu.), 2024, "Goshoku Kuni Premium Gala Dinner" will be held at ESHIKOTO (Yoshida-gun, Fukui Prefecture), a complex operated by Koryu Brewery, where visitors can enjoy original cuisine using Fukui's brand-name ingredients.
This gastronomy event, which was very popular last year, will this year bring together chefs from Kyoto and Fukui to offer a collaboration menu for the day only. The venue, the Garyu Building, is a sake cellar designed by a British architect and closed to the public. Forget your everyday life and enjoy a special culinary experience.
