～Cooking Class with Eiichi Takahashi, the 14th head of Hyotei restaurant near Nanzenji Temple and a walk in the old flower town of Shimabara

Special event held at Ajiawaikan.
The cooking class will be taught by Eiichi Takahashi, the 14th head of Hyotei, one of the oldest ryotei restaurants in Kyoto with a history of over 400 years. Participants can enjoy a cooking class, a talk by Mr. Takahashi, and hands-on cooking practice.
After the cooking class, we will stroll around Shimabara, the old flower town, and visit the Kadoya Museum of Hospitality and Culture to see the important cultural asset, the Ageya building (first floor only). (Dismissal point: KYOCA)
