Starting on Saturday, October 12, 2024, the weekend-only "Autumn Afternoon Buffet" will be held at Café 33 on the first floor of the Hyatt Regency Kyoto, where you can enjoy the tastes of autumn.
All sweets and dishes are handmade by the chef, using not only sweet potatoes, chestnuts, and pumpkins, but also pears, grapes, persimmons, and other fruits that are in season in autumn.
The highlight is the fresh-squeezed Mont Blanc, which is squeezed in front of you. It is a blend of two types of chestnuts from France, and is made without alcohol, so you can enjoy the taste of the chestnuts themselves.
