On Saturday, November 20, the first day of "GOOD NATURE Christmas," a lighting ceremony will be held. Visitors can share the moment of the lighting with cello, viola, and oboe performances.

Hibiki Sato .
He was a cellist of the Kyoto Philharmonic Chamber Ensemble until 2018, and returned to Japan in 2019 after studying in Paris for six months. Currently based in the Kansai region, he is active as a soloist and chamber musician, as well as a guest principal player in orchestras.

Ayako Goto ＜Viola
He is a contracted member of the Gürzenig Orchestra and the Dusseldorf Symphony Orchestra. He has also appeared as a guest principal with the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra and the Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra. After working as a lecturer at Kyoto City University of Arts, he is currently a teacher at Kyoto Horikawa Music High School.


Ayaka Uesina ＜Oboe
After graduating from university and studying in Germany for a short time, he entered the master's program of the Graduate School of Music at Kyoto City University of Arts, but switched to freelance playing while still a student there. He is a regular member of the Amabile Philharmonic Orchestra. He is also a part-time lecturer at Kyoto Horikawa Music High School.

ERUTAN Christmas Dinner Course
ERUTAN on the 1st floor offers a Christmas course based on Italian cuisine that can be enjoyed by a wide range of customers. The menu includes a starter of eclair filled with sea urchin made with organically grown rice flour, risotto made with "Enko Rice," a sustainable rice produced through a circulation project within the building, and many other dishes that incorporate organically grown vegetables and local ingredients. The restaurant focuses on simple cooking methods, including the main course of Kyoto duck roast, so that the gentle taste of vegetables can be fully enjoyed.

Christmas Dinner Course "Hyssop
At Hyssop on the 4th floor, the menu started with an aperitif using roses under the supervision of Mr. Hirota of "inflorescence," followed by a vegan course made entirely from plant-based ingredients with Mr. Tatsuki Kitajima of "neutral," who took the liberty of creating his own vegan menu. New experiments are scattered throughout the menu, such as an amuse made with cashew nuts and coconut oil to resemble foie gras, and roasted enoki mushrooms with a texture similar to that of scallops.

Strawberry and pistachio pie
The dessert at 4F [Hyssop] is a crispy pie crust with sweet and sour strawberries, reminiscent of winter. The bottom layer is a rich cream made of pistachio, custard, and whipped cream, while the top layer is made of white chocolate for a gentle mouthfeel. The pink sorbet adds the fragrance of edible roses to the elegant flavor.
