Hyssop, a casual restaurant on the 4th floor of the GOOD NATURE STATION commercial complex in Shijo-Kawaramachi, Kyoto (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto), will brush up and open on Saturday, June 15, 2024, with a new interior including plantings and a new menu.

Hiromi Nishi, who assumed the position of head chef at Hyssop in April 2024, specializes in dishes using vegetables and herbs, and has a deep knowledge of Chinese tea and medicinal herbs. Her dishes, which use seasonal vegetables and a variety of other ingredients, are prepared using simple cooking methods, and they taste as if they are packed with the power of the ingredients, which will energize your body and mind.
