The special exhibition "Lisa Larson: The Unknown World of Creation - with Classic Masterpieces" is being held at the Shiga Prefectural Ceramic Cultural Park until May 26, 2024 (Sun.).
Swedish ceramic artist Lisa Larson (1931 - 2024) captivated people around the world with her warm motifs of animals and people. This exhibition, themed "Seen and Unseen," will feature approximately 250 pieces, including well-known masterpieces, reliefs modeled on old Swedish towns, which will be exhibited for the first time, collectors' items that were produced only in small numbers, and one-of-a-kind pieces produced in her studio.
