Founded in 1961, this long-established restaurant has inherited the traditional taste of the past. The depth of the dobby sauce (domiglas sauce), which takes two weeks to prepare, cannot be imitated anywhere else.
Also check out the pork cutlet sandwich accented with dobby sauce. The combination of the slightly rare fried meat and Shizuya's thick-sliced bread with spicy butter enhances the flavor of the cutlet and makes it fiercely delicious. Most of the menu items can be taken home. There is an 80 yen charge for the container, but some neighbors wisely save money by bringing their own Tupperware.
