MASUICHI, which operates restaurants such as Yakinikuya Masuichi, will open a new business model, Yakiniku soya, in Shijo-Karasuma on December 12, 2023.
Founded in 1994, Yakinikuya Masuichi is a yakiniku restaurant that is thoroughly committed to providing delicious meat and a comfortable atmosphere, and currently has four locations in Kyoto City. It is one of the leading yakiniku restaurants in Kyoto.
The "soya" in "soya" stands for "neat and clean" and "ya" for "home." The new brand also incorporates the owner's wish that "women who are strong and flexible enough to live out their lives in 2025 can enjoy authentic yakiniku more casually in their daily lives without being overbearing.
Meat is carefully selected, and half-size portions are available for almost all menu items. The uncompromising Masuichi quality of meat is offered at a budget of 4,000 to 5,000 yen.
The menu also includes a wide variety of dishes that go well with alcoholic beverages, and we recommend the soya yukaye made with Omi beef. The fact that the restaurant has been certified as a facility with a certified raw meat handler is also a high point.
