The traditional sukiya-style building has a traditional atmosphere throughout, including an ajiro ceiling and a tsuboniwa garden with a tsukubai (bamboo blinds). The owner, Mr. Senda, who has studied at Kyoto's ryotei (traditional Japanese-style restaurants), serves his dishes in this sophisticated space. He offers only one course for both lunch and dinner.
