This is a coffee roastery started in 2022 by the owner, Mr. Nakamura, who visited coffee shops from Hokkaido to Okinawa during his university days in Kyoto City and made a U-turn to Kumihama Town.
While working at the city hall, he learned more about roasting, and now owns machines he loves, including roasters and lead mills manufactured by Inoue Seisakusho.

The long-awaited counter will be completed in the summer of 2023, with the idea that ``the best way to explain the appeal of beans in an easy-to-understand manner and get people's impressions is to actually try them.''
