The second event, which was held last summer, features a lineup of winter-inspired dishes. Guests can choose from two of five handmade sweets made with ginger, which is expected to warm the body, cloves, cinnamon, and other ingredients used in herbal medicine for stomach health, and one of four types of tea.
Also, on February 14 (Fri.), a special afternoon tea limited to two couples per day will be held, which includes the experience of enjoying the rich aroma of precious fragrant woods in an electronic incense burner and sweets such as parfait made with medicinal seeds.
