［My Sake World" is an experience facility where visitors can customize sake blends to their own tastes and expand their own way of enjoying sake. The blends are made from a total of 12 different brands of sake from Kyoto and other parts of Japan, including various types of daiginjo, nama-shu, junmai-shu, and matured sake. Visitors can listen to the staff's explanations and taste the sake while blending (assemblage) their own favorite combination. You can take your original sake "maisake" home with you, making it a perfect souvenir of your visit to Kyoto!

［My Sake World Miike Villa is a small store with a maximum capacity of 4 people, and will be open to the public from January 2025. My Sake World Kyoto Kawaramachi (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto), which can accommodate 20 to 30 people simultaneously, is scheduled to open in the spring of the same year.

Currently, [My Sake World] is offering the "CAMPFIRECrowdfunding is now underway at Funds raised will be used to expand the store's services and to cover the costs of holding events.
