Collaboration with the Kyoto confectioner Tsuruya Yoshinobu, which has been in business for more than 220 years, has come to fruition. You can enjoy sweets and savories created jointly using several kinds of special an (red bean paste) and monaka (sweet bean paste), which have been considered off-limits to the public, such as josei (freshly made cakes) made with delicate craftsmanship, freshly baked an buttered madeleines, and monaka with walnut miso (soybean paste). The traditions of Tsuruya Yoshinobu, which have been preserved since its establishment, have been re-created with a modern approach to create a unique dining experience that can only be experienced here.
