Cultural Experience for Parents and Children

Enjoy learning in Kyoto during summer vacation! Kyoto Cooking Class for Parents and Children" starts accepting applications on Saturday, June 29!

The "Kyoto Cooking Classroom for Parents and Children," which was popular last year, will be held again this year for elementary and junior high school students living or going to school in Kyoto City and their parents.
Kyo Ryori is not only for eating, but also for the presentation of dishes, utensils, and other attractive aspects. This year's event was planned with the hope that children would become more familiar with Kyoto Ryori, which is the pride of Kyoto and a registered intangible cultural asset, and learn that it is a culture that should be carefully handed down to future generations.
