Tsuruya Yoshinobu IRODORI, located at the Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station, reopened on Friday, May 31, 2024. The renovation was realized in the hope that more people will enjoy the appeal of Kyoto sweets.
Noteworthy is that fresh tsubara tsubara, an arrangement of Tsuruya Yoshinobu's popular baked sweets, are now available for takeout and eat-in at the directly managed café [tubara cafe] next to the main store (Nishijin, Kyoto), followed by the Tokyo store. The fluffy, chewy baked dough is filled with Mascarpone red bean paste, a unique blend of white bean paste and Mascarpone cheese, and is available at IRODORI in three varieties: plain vanilla, green tea, and yuzu (citron). Even those who do not usually eat Japanese sweets or anko (red bean paste) can enjoy the mild and satisfying taste.
In addition to the existing original products, the new assortment package products have been requested by many customers. This will make for a more fulfilling selection of souvenirs and gifts. New original products are scheduled to be released in the future, so please look forward to them!
