A sister restaurant to the popular New Bird in Nagaokakyo City will open in early March 2024.
The bakery, which started in 1977 as Bird Chain in Inouchi, Nagaokakyo City, was reborn as New Bird in 2020 after being renamed S-Bread.
The Croissant House, which will open in March, will offer products familiar to customers at New Bird, and will also produce a new brand of products based on the concept of "things that almost everyone knows and almost no one has ever eaten. In addition, the patissier will be offering croissant and pastry-making classes on the second floor of the new store.
It will bring new liveliness to the area as an exciting space for children to nurture their interest in food and as a new gathering place for the community.
