Mr. SIN's specialty is chocolate. The deep flavor is created with only the simplest ingredients: organic Uji matcha, couverture chocolate, and fresh cream, without adding anything extra. Our first encounter with TREEE'S KYOTO was when Leaf Publications began to carry TREEE'S KYOTO's sweets on its Kyoto-ordered gourmet website "Leaf KYOTO mall". The editorial staff and buyers fell in love with the sophisticated design and authentic taste that brought out the best of matcha, and asked SIN to collaborate with them. The packaging for this Leaf Edition is an original designed by Leaf Publications employees themselves.
