From January 15, 2024 (Mon.), the first floor restaurant [TENJIN] at [ROKU KYOTO, LXR Hotels & Resorts] will offer seasonal parfaits and cocktails using strawberries that are in season.
The "Strawberry Millefeuille Parfait" using luxurious strawberries will be served at the restaurant [TENJIN]'s [All-Day Dining]. This new parfait is a mille-feuille of butter-scented pie crust, two kinds of cream, rich strawberry confiture and strawberry sorbet. You can enjoy the blissful harmony of sweet and sour strawberries, light cream, and crispy pie crust.
At "The Bar," a fantastic space facing the water table, two seasonal cocktails featuring strawberries will be served.
The "Scarlett Berry," a cocktail made with sweet and sour strawberries in homage to Scarlett O'Hara, and the "Leonardo Berry," a fruit Champagne cocktail with a fresh strawberry aroma, are both made with four whole fresh strawberries per serving.
