The slightly warm meringue with a hint of flambéed kirsch is filled with cool marron ice cream reminiscent of Mar Blanche's Mont Blanc. The ice cream is surrounded by liquor-compote cherries and chestnut nectar to accentuate the flavor and mouthfeel. The shiny, sweet and sour blackcurrant and berry sauces are served with the ice cream to your liking.

The main store stands on Kitayama-dori. The shop offers a full lineup of cakes, baked goods, and other items from the Mar Blanche brand. In the adjoining salon, visitors can taste limited-edition sweets such as Mont Blanc Haute Couture, which is filled with freshly squeezed marron cream.
