This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Kyoto Tourism Culture Certification Exam (Kyoto Certification). The 23rd Kyoto Proficiency Test will be held on December 10, 2023 (Sunday). The exam content covers all things related to Kyoto, including its history, culture, art, and tourism. In addition, 10 "public theme questions" are set every time, and this year's themes are "160th anniversary of the formation of the Shinsengumi (3rd grade)," "Kyoto Round Trail® (2nd grade)," and "Ieyasu Iga Crossing Road - Tradition and its surroundings.
